A new board was elected to head up Waterford Ladies' football on Wednesday night.
Mark Power steps into the role of Chairman, replacing John Frewen who has been in the job since 2017. Before working as Chairman, Frewen previously held the position of vice chair as well as child welfare officer.
Power, a Gaultier club man, stood unopposed for the position.
He will be supported by Dungarvan's Crohan McGregor as vice-chair with Lorraine Royale from the Shamrocks set to take up the position of secretary.
Ballysaggart's Mags Cashin retains her role as treasurer.
