The draw for the second round of the FAI cup took place at the Aviva Stadium this evening (Monday) and Waterford FC will face a long journey to Donegal to face Inishowen league side Glengad in Round 2.
The Donegal side overcame St Michaels of Tipperary on penalties to reach the second round.
Waterford FC booked their spot in the second round following a 2-0 victory over Maynooth University at the weekend.
Alan Reynolds said of the win "In possession it was probably 90/10. Its all about getting into the next round but its also about improvement."

The Blues will make the 450km journey to Glengad on the weekend of August 25th.
