Gailltír has the lion's share of players on the squad with six involved, Tramore boasts five; as does De La Salle.

The National League campaign gets underway for Power's side on the 18th of February away to Offaly, they are at home with Limerick the following week (25th Feb)  and home again with Wexford on March 4th. Those games are followed by the trip to Antrim on the 11th of March.

Each team will play one another once in Division 1B with the top two playing the 1B final. The winner of that final will be promoted to 1A, with the bottom-ranked team sent packing to Div 2A for 2024.
