With the senior hurling champions set to be decided this weekend, we will have to wait and see who represents Waterford in the provincial championship.
It is the only division that is as of yet undecided as regards our Munster representatives.
Ballygunner and Mount Sion are set to face off in Walsh Park on Sunday for the right to play the still-to-be-decided Tipperary Champions.
Moving down the divisions and there is more certainty.
Ballysaggart will be playing intermediate in Munster regardless of the result of this evening's county final with the Gunners.
Only the top team from a club can represent the county in Munster, and therefore win or lose this evening, Ballysaggart will be the club to face the Tipperary representatives in the quarter-final on November 5th/6th.
Colligan similarly will be playing Munster Junior where they are straight through to the semi-finals. The Westerners also face Ballygunner this weekend, and much the same as in the intermediate ranks, win or lose, they will advance to the provincial competition. They will have to wait and see who they meet when Cork and Tipperary clubs face off in the quarter-final
