Waterford boss Davy Fitzgerald has made seven changes from last week, ahead of this evening's (Saturday's) trip to Portlaoise in Round 2 of the Allianz National hurling league.

Dessie Hutchinson starts at full forward, while Kilrossanty teenager Pádraig Fitzgerald will make his senior debut at corner forward.

Billy Nolan replaces Shaun O'Brien in goal, Mark Fitzgerald comes into the half back line replacing Michael Harney, Jack Prendergast and Carthach Daly take up the midfield positions where Paddy Leavy and Darragh Lyons were last week, and the changes are complete with Neil Montgomery joining the half forwards instead of Reuben Halloran.

The Déise drew their League opener against Dublin in Fraher Field last week and will be heading to O'Moore Park seeking their first win.
