Waterford's Thomas Barr has run a season's best time in his semi-final of the 400m hurdles at the Tokyo Olympics.
The Ferrybank AC man ran a time of 48.26 seconds to finish fourth in his heat.
Barr will have to wait and see if his time is quick enough after all 3 semi-finals are completed.
