Dan Shanahan believes that his former Déise team mate Tony Browne will become an inter county manager in the future.

The Mount Sion legend is part of Liam Cahill’s Waterford backroom team this season. "He's a calming influence, very professional," Shanahan told WLR's Lár Na Páirce show. "He did it as a player, he's doing it as a selector and one day, he'll do it as a manager I've no doubt Never panics, a calming figure on the line. He'll be a massive addition to the Waterford set-up. He's a qualified strength and conditioning coach and he trained a club in Kilkenny last year. He'll learn from Mikey Bevans as well as Liam Cahill."
