Facing Derry City tomorrow at the Ryan McBride Brandywell, Waterford FC will have to plan for missing players, but not for the first time this season.
Katlego Mashigo, Daryl Murphy and Oscar Brennan are all unavailable for selection, while neither Adam O' Reilly nor Jamie Mascoll will be involved with both their loan spells coming to an end.
O'Reilly returns to Preston North End but leaves the club having gained valuable experience at the RSC.  He has described his now-former manager Marc Bircham as "the best manager that I’ve ever had" and has noted that the League Of Ireland Premier Division is a "rough and ready league, with a lot of big lads and that toughened me up".
While Mascoll makes the trip back to Bolton. Bircham, in his match preview for the Derry game, said he wanted to " thank them for their contribution since I’ve come in and wish them well."
