Waterford FC's new owner is set to host a fans' forum next week,
Andy Pilley, who already owns a number of other clubs, including Fleetwood Town in England, took full control of the Blues recently in a takeover.
Speaking after the announcement, Pilley said it was "a real honour to have acquired Waterford FC, who I believe remain one of the biggest in Irish Football.
"The opportunity was presented to me last week, and having attended the games against Galway and Cork I was blown away by the level of support from the fans, the passion of the local people and the potential there is here at the club."
Fans are now being invited to hear his plans for the future first-hand and have their questions answered at an event next Wednesday evening.
It will take place in Dooley's Hotel at 7pm.
The club says entry is free but space is limited so it must be booked online in advance.
