Déise manager Sean Power says that captain Lorraine Bray is an inspirational figure around the camp.
The two-time All Star drove the team forward against Wexford last week and scored three points from play.
"As true leaders do, they lead by example, they don't talk about it. I've said it before and I'll say it again: if Lorraine Bray was going to war, we'd be right behind her. She leads everyone in that room by example. When you've that sort of capability, people will follow. She is a fantastic athlete as well. Despite her size, she is top quality in that midfield role."
Waterford will be looking to continue their winning streak in the National Camogie League when they welcome Limerick to Gracedieu on Saturday. The Shannonsiders have suffered back to back losses to Wexford and Antrim. "Limerick have lost their first two games in the league so they are fighting for their lives. With that sporting desperation to stay in the league, they'll come with a massive challenge."
