Tipperary captain Noel McGrath has learned a lot from Waterford legend Tony Browne this year. The Mount Sion man joined Liam Cahill's backroom team for the 2023 campaign.
"I'm over the 30 mark now so just little bits like how he kept himself right and how he kept his body right to be able to stay playing well into his 30s. I would have asked him a few questions on that early in the year. Different tips that he used along the way. He was Hurler of the Year in 1998 so he was at the top of the game for so many years."
