They got the better of Offaly by 2-20 to 0-12 in Tullamore this afternoon.
Elsewhere, there were wins for Sligo, Down and Fermanagh, who beat Wexford, Limerick and Wicklow respectively.
Leitrim got their first win of the campaign with a 0-17 to 0-12 win over Waterford, while Kildare put Longford to the sword 3-25 to 1-11.
