SETU Waterford are in action in their Fitzgibbon Cup opener this evening.
They take on the University of Limerick away with throw-in at 7pm.
There are 19 Waterford representatives on the SETU Waterford squad while UL have Passage's Mark Fitzgerald and Roanmore's Rory Furlong to call upon.
UL are among the favourites for the competition as they can call on the likes of Adam English, Cathal O'Neill, Colin Coughlan, Gearóid O'Connor, and Adam Screeney.
There will also be Waterford interest in the day's other games.
Lismore's Cathrach Daly and Ballygunner's Ronan Power could line out for Mary Immaculate College against ATU Galway - while at 5.30pm, UCC take on UCD - where Cormac O'Mahony of Ballygunner and Stradbally's Michael Mullaney are part of the UCC panel.
