Jason Curry is back on the Waterford football panel ahead of Sunday's trip to Sligo in Division 4 of the National League.
The Rathgormack attacker was away for the first two rounds but manager Ephie Fitzgerald is glad to see him return. "It's great. Jason is a quality footballer. He would make his way onto most inter county panels. On his first night back training, he was kicking points for fun. He's that kind of a player. The problem we've had is scoring in the sense that we got only three points from play the last day. We were relying quite a lot on Brian Lynch to kick frees. You're not going to win too many matches scoring ten or eleven points."
Defender Brian Looby is a doubt for Sunday's game due to a hamstring injury.
