Dunmore East hurdler Thomas Barr claimed another season-best run in last evening's Folksam Grand Prix in Gothenburg.
Barr claimed victory in the 400-metre hurdles in a time of 49.02, beating his previous time from Doha last Friday.
This latest win moves Barr from outside of the top 50 to 16th on this season's times.
Next up for the Waterford man will be a meeting in Finland, before returning to Sweden again.
