The Nire will start their Conway Cup defence against Ardmore on the weekend of April 14. The Ballymacarbry club haven't put together back to back titles since 1994.
2018 finalists Kilrossanty are joined by near neighbours Stradbally, Kilmacthomas and Portlaw in Group B. Newly promoted Kilmacthomas will tackle Stradbally in the first round.
The top team from each group and the highest ranked second placed team will progress to the quarter finals while the other eight teams will enter the play-offs.
Round two will be held on the weekend of April 21.
