Today was the final day of the four day August Racing Festival in Tramore, it was family fun afternoon at the local track and despite the conditions a good crowd enjoyed the day, where the ground going was yielding
The 7 to 4 favourite 'Fort Montagu' took the 1.50 Maiden Hurdle.
Game Puppeteert the 5 to favourite was the winner of the second race at 2.25
11 to 8 favourite 'Hey Little Boy' won the 2.55 Maiden Hurdle.
'Line View' won the 3.30 at odds of 7 to 2
The 8 to 1 shot 'Theatre Wine' won the 4.05 Mares Beginners Chase.
'Cecil Corbett' claimed the 4.40 race at odds of 11 to 4
The action concluded with the Mares Flat Race, which was won by Irish Lass, the 8/15 favourite
Overall, a really enjoyable four days of Racing at the local track, credit must go to Racecourse manager, Sue Phelan and all involved
