A wind farm in West Waterford is currently being deliberated upon despite protests from residents in the area.
The Lyrenacarriga wind farm straddles both County Cork and Waterford.
Protests are centered around concerns such as proximity to residents and damage to the equine industry in the region.
The wind farm will be located approximately 5km south-east of Tallow and 9km north-west of Youghal.
