On Waterford at 1 lunchtime news (Nov 23rd), traffic mayhem again this morning on the Outer Ring Road in Waterford City, a HSE recruitment freeze will mean 24 hour cardiac care will not be possible in Waterford, and Stephen Kenny will not continue as Republic of Ireland manager.
