'Sommit' is an annual gathering of Food and Wine professionals from within the Hospitality industry - and the 2024 event was held across Monday and Tuesday this week at SETU's Waterford campus.
The Star Wine List of the Year awards also took place in Waterford this week.
WLR went along to SETU on Monday to speak to some of those in attendance.
