An estimated 1,500 people took part in yesterday's annual Christmas Day Swim in Tramore yesterday.

Swims of various sizes were taking place around the county.

The event in Tramore this year was raising funds for the WLR Christmas Appeal in aid of St Vincent de Paul, which has now raised €120,000.

WLR reporter, Kyle Butler, went along to the swim and spoke to some of those taking part.
