Mary will also speak to Waterford Chef Keith Boyle, who, along with his Sommelier wife Carmel, will host fine dining event “The Homecoming” at the upcoming Harvest Festival. And Edmond Connolly of the South East Regional Skills Forum will discuss the huge demand in the region for engineering related disciplines, and how this could be something that post Leaving Cert students could consider.
