Mary visited Winterval in Waterford City last Friday and spoke to festival Co-Director John Grubb, as well as to a number of traders.
A number of TY students at Presentation Secondary School in Waterford took part in mentoring as part of the 'STEM passport for Inclusion' project with Sun Life. Mary was joined in studio by the school's TY Coordinator Katherine O'Sullivan, as well as some of the students involved.
And those who fail to face their fear of speaking in public are putting themselves at a professional disadvantage, according to John Deery, an expert in public speaking. He joined Mary to discuss how people can improve this skill to help in business.
