15-year-old Tommy Colfer, a 3rd year student at Ardscoil na Mara in Tramore has beaten his own national record.
At the AIPO Powerlifting Championships held in Castletroy, Co. Limerick, he surpassed his own personal best.
Tommy chatted to Dymphna and Ollie on The Big Breakfast Blaa, along with his father Tommy Colfer.
