Last week, Amanda spoke about addressing bullying in school from an early stage, with some really useful tips for parents.

This week, with the mass return to school and work underway, she offers unmissable tips on why we need to be our own cheerleader.

For some, that means recognising the bravery of walking into a room, for others, it means celebrating a work promotion.

Regardless of the circumstances, she says people need to develop a habit of giving themselves positive reinforcement.
