Listen Back to Pat McEvoy on Showtime. Pat is the resident arts critic for the Waterford News & Star. December is traditionally a very busy month. Pat called in to give us his thoughts on some events he attended in December.

• Out of Order - Dungarvan Dramatic Society. Pat describes this as a bedroom farce. It took to the stage in the Dungarvan Town Hall Theatre.
• The National Symphony Orchestra in SETU Arena. Another wonderful concert presented by the Symphony Club of Waterford. From the hauntingly atmospheric sounds of a freshly composed work to the blazing virtuosity of Camille Thomas on Cello, every element aligned to create a memorable and exhilarating experience.
• Annie in the Barron Hall, Stradbally. Martine Rogers school 'The Stage Coach' continued their rich run of form with a wonderful Annie.
• Handels Messiah. You may remember Joe O'Beirne was in before Christmas telling us all about this concert. It was a big ticket well attended event.
• Beauty and The Beast - Waterford Panto Society. Pat closed out this section with a look at the sold out Panto that entertained Waterford for the month of December.

Pat is currently busy preparing the Green Room nominees for 2024.
