Going from strength to strength while treating age as nothing but a number, Joe Gough continues to impress on the European and World stages.

The West Waterford masters athlete secured two more European titles last week at the Masters championships with the 800m and 1500m titles making their way home from Pescara, Italy.

Joe spoke to WLR Sport following his Irish record setting run in the 800m final.
