The Waterford ladies footballers kick off their league campaign on Sunday when they head to Armagh for the opening round of the competition.

The county have a new captain in Kelly Ann Hogan who replaces Karen McGrath in the role.

Manager Pat Sullivan will be without the services of last year's Captain Karen McGrath for the early stages, with an almost full slate to choose from elsewhere.

Sullivan spoke to WLR Sport ahead of throw-in with Armagh.
