Anastasiia Romanchuk and RoseAnn Foley teamed up with the RNLI to create a water safety video for Ukranian Refugees in Dungarvan.

Anastasiia arrived on April 28th, but her family are still near the frontline in Zapparicha, Ukraine.

RoseAnn Foley is a film producer. She begins by sharing her reaction to the war with Damien. Her and her two sisters immediately wanted to know what they could do to help.

On May 4th, the RNLI put out a shout saying there was a young Ukrainian boy in difficulty off The Cunnigar.

Luckily, the boy was a good swimmer but the RNLI and RoseAnn knew the water was dangerous to anyone who didn't know it.

Anastasiia said that there are no currents in Ukraine like the one's she saw in Dungarvan.

RoseAnn came up with the idea to make a video that would be shown when swimmers came in for their induction. Herself and her sister offered to make the video, and that's what they did.

Anastasiia was the interpreter for the video, which you can watch here.
