The much-loved Spraoi festival takes to the streets of Waterford again this Bank Holiday weekend - with lots of very special events planned.

It's 30 years since the very first festival in 1993 and from humble beginnings, it's come a long way!

With the very best of exciting entertainment and artistic performance taking place over its three days, it's going to be another 'not-to-be-missed' festival this year.

Maria McCann caught up with festival director TV Honan on 'Deise Today' this morning (Wednesday) to go through some of the planned events for this weekend, and to talk about the success and growth of Spraoi generally.
