There are many laws and by-laws surrounding dog ownership but how many of them do dog owners actually know and understand?!

Keith Murphy is Waterford's only dog warden, employed by Waterford City and County Council.

He came into studio to talk to Damien Tiernan today (Thursday) about what his job entails, and to give valuable information to the Waterford public about their responsibilities when it comes to their dogs!
