Margaret Pratt originally from Cappoquin, lives in Tallow with her husband Cllr. John Pratt who was recently re-elected in the Dungarvan/Lismore district.
Thirty years ago, Margaret was diagnosed with a life-altering condition, that has led to her depending on the use of a wheelchair to get around.
She recently spent several weeks in CUH undergoing surgery, and she spoke to WLR's Kyle Butler about her journey over the last few weeks.
