On this morning's (Tuesday's) 'Deise Today', Damien spoke to Ray Power.

Ray has spent time in prison, has been addicted to anti-depressants and has a tough battle with his mental health generally.

However, he has a powerful story of dealing with all of this and coming out the other side and he now works in helping others with similar problems.

Having been through the prison system, Ray has strong opinions on the shortcomings in terms of after-care for those who serve their time and are trying to sort their lives out.
