That's the tagline of 'Movember', the leading global charity on men's health which is all about helping men to live happier, healthier, longer lives – through well over 1,000 men's health projects it is involved in throughout the world.

Daragh Connolly, Proprietor of Haven Pharmacy Connolly's on Main Street in Dungarvan, is a big advocate of men's health - and the 'Movember' movement.

He popped into studio in Dungarvan this week to chat on 'Deise Today' about the importance of men being in tune with their health and recognising symptoms that may need checking out.
