Siobhan O'Neill-Whyte is from Mams.ie which is a website providing chat and support for parents of babies, toddlers, kids, tweens and teens.
As a busy mum herself, she's also well familiar with the challenge of keeping young people occupied and busy over summer holidays.
This morning on 'Deise Today', she gave a few tips and suggestions to Waterford listeners, with a particular emphasis (given the climate we're in) on fun things to do which cost very little, or indeed are free!
