As many get ready to go trick or treating tonight, Met Éireann has issued rain warnings ahead of Storm Ciarán for Munster and Ulster.

The storm will bring heavy rain, strong winds, and a risk of flooding.

Alan O'Reilly, Carlow Weather, spoke on Déise Today about what we can expect from the rest of the week, as well as the path of Storm Ciarán.
