Waterford senior camogie star Niamh Rockett is urging people to line up for a great local cause by going ‘Up the Hill for Jack and Jill’.

Six families in Waterford are currently being cared by the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation. A total of 78 families have been supported by Jack and Jill in Waterford since the charity’s foundation in 1997.

Niamh is encouraging people in Waterford to identify a local hill or mountain to suit their fitness and ability, and invite family, friends, neighbours, or colleagues to join in the fun.

She joined Maria McCann in studio to discuss the initiate - and also reflected on her team's recent appearance in the All-Ireland senior camogie final.
