Planning permission has been granted to Monaco Properties Limited for the extension of Waterford Retail Park.

The company has been given the go-ahead by the council to construct an L-shaped extension to the existing retail park in Butlerstown.

Barry Monaghan who is with Monaco Properties joined Damien in studio to discuss the plans as well as the company and Retail Park in general.

There had been talks that Decathalon will be anchoring the new site, something that Barry touched on during this conversation.

He neither confirmed nor denied whether or not this will be the case.

Barry did confirm that B&Q will be setting up shop in the Retail Park.
