This is being organised by Waterford-based housing charity Tinteán as a fundraiser, and it will run over four consecutive Wednesdays, starting on July 25th. The final night is already sold out.

The idea is that people will be brought on a guided walking tour of Waterford City, while enjoying the food and drink of some of our great restaurants and bars.

Mary was joined "On the Fringe" by Claire O'Sullivan, manager of Tinteán and Harry O'Neill, co-owner of Momo, one of the participating restaurants.
