WASTED is a national education program for chefs and food service teams that is focused on reducing food waste in the hospitality industry. The Irish food service sector wastes over 200,000 tonnes of food worth €300 million per year – a significant cost that often goes unseen.
The WASTED Supper Club is a premium dining experience made entirely from food waste. It includes a 3-course meal and a welcome garden cocktail. WASTED Supper Club is a zero-waste dinner, created by Grow HQ Head Chef JB Dubois and his amazing team.
