Women threatened with iron bar during burglary in Waterford

Two women were threatened by a man with an iron bar during an aggravated burglary in Waterford City this week.

Waterford Gardaí are appealing for information on the incident that happened on Monday at about 1 o'clock in the morning at a house in Larchville in the city.

The man entered the house through the rear window and threatened the two female occupants with an iron bar.

He stole their mobile phones and escaped through the front door.
