A status yellow rainfall warning is in effect again for both Waterford and Cork - effective from 7am this morning until 7am tomorrow, Wednesday.
People in Waterford and in Cork should expect heavy showers or longer spells of rain today.
Overnight, the forecast is predicting further rainfall with some isolated thunderstorms and spot flooding.
A weather advisory for the entire country remains in place until 7pm on Wednesday. The advisory was issued last Thursday and has been in effect since 7pm on Friday evening.

This is the fourth weather warning that has been issued by Met Eireann in the past five days.
