A status yellow rainfall warning has been issued for Waterford and seven other counties.
Those affected are Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Cork, Tipperary, Kerry, Wexford and Wicklow.
The warning comes into effect from 4am tomorrow morning until 10pm tomorrow evening.
Met Eireann say spells of heavy rain overnight will lead to localised flooding in places,
Temperatures are set to remain high though, as they range between 13 and 15 degrees.
Drivers are being urged to take caution in the conditions, as Met Eireann says visibility will be poor.
