A Waterford TD has criticised the government's staycation subsidy scheme for excluding a large section of Ireland's workforce
Sinn Féin's David Cullinane predicts that over 700,000 low paid workers, carers and pensioners will not be able to benefit from the initiative due it being a tax credit.
Under the July Stimulus plan people can get up to 125 euro back on 625 euro spent on accommodation or restaurant bills.
