The X91 Eircode is the area in Waterford which saw the most new homes completed in the first quarter of the year.
That covers Waterford City, Dunmore East and Tramore.
New figures show 112 residential units were completed in these areas in the first three months of 2020.
That's followed by X35 Dungarvan ; 18 new dwellings were completed there. X42 Kilmacthomas/Bunmahon saw 10 homes completed.
Meanwhile, 16 new builds were completed in E32 Carrick-on-Suir.
CSO figures show just under 5,000 new homes were completed nationwide in Quarter 1; that's up over 17 per cent on last year's figures.
Eircodes in Dublin, Kildare and Galway saw the most completions.
The CSO use ESB Networks' new domestic connections dataset as their primary source for the new dwellings completions figures.
