Brigades from Waterford Fire Service attended a blaze in Knockeen, County Waterford today (Monday).
The full-time and retained crews from Waterford city along with Tramore retained attended the gorse fire.
The fire took place at the Sugar Loaf Rock, Knockeen earlier in the day.
According to Waterford City Fire Service, the blaze was contained to the Rock itself and was quickly brought under control by crews.
