A driver in Waterford will face court proceedings, as when requested to bring their car to a stop by Gardai, the driver climbed into the back seat as the car struck a parked bus.
Waterford Roads Policing Unit had detected the car travelling in excess of the speed limit at the weekend.
When pulled over, the driver was drugs tested and subsequently tested positive for cannabis.
The driver also had no insurance. Gardai say court proceedings will follow.
