Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City & County Council for 91 homes in Waterford City.
Applicant S & K Carey Limited are seeking permission to construct 91 units at the Killure Road, Kilcohan, Waterford.
The 91 homes would be made up of 36 two-storey 3-bed semi-detached units, 8 two-storey 4-bed semi-detached units and 5 two-storey 3-bed terraced units, 2 two-storey 2-bed terraced units and 2 four-storey apartment blocks made up of 20 apartments each.
Plans also include a new entrance to the proposed site from the Kill St. Lawrence Road and an upgrade of the existing junction.
