Applications are now being sought for the Waterford Business Awards, which are organized by Waterford Chamber, in collaboration with Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber, with support from Waterford City & County Council and WLR.
Whether you are a start-up or multi-national, the awards cater for all businesses, and this year there are 13 categories, including some new categories included to expand the offering, including Best in Retail, Marketing Campaign of the Year and Excellence is ESG.
All businesses are encouraged to take the time to reflect on their achievements this year and complete the online application form. From there the esteemed panel of independent judges will select a shortlist and we will celebrate the best and brightest at a gala awards ceremony on November 17th in the Tower Hotel.

- Excellence in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)

- The Taste of Waterford Award

- New Business of the Year
- Transformational Change
- The Visit Waterford Award
- Entrepreneur of the Year
- Special Recognition Award
- Overall Waterford Business of the Year
All businesses located in Waterford City and County are encouraged to enter, whether you are a Chamber member or not. You can enter the Waterford Business Awards through Waterford Chamber’s website where you will also find full criteria and an outline on each category.
The closing date for nominations and applications for the Waterford Business Awards is Friday, September 15th and the awards ceremony will take place in the Tower Hotel on Friday, November 17th.
