WLR's own Head of Music, Ray C has been shortlisted as Best Radio DJ in this year's Hot Press Reader's Poll.
Nominations have been pouring in from readers since January and the shortlist is now published with Ray C garnering huge support nationally.
Also shortlisted in the Best Rap/Hip Hop (Irish) category is Waterford's Alex Gough.
There will be just one winner from each category and the decision lies in the hands of the voters.

Ray has been a champion of music and in particular Irish Music since joining WLR.
Last month, Ray was awarded a special IMRO award in recognition of his ongoing support for Irish music creators.
The award was presented to Ray at the Radiodays Ireland Conference in Dublin last evening.
Appointed Head of Music in 2015, Ray has introduced many initiatives to the WLR offering both on-air and online over the last 8 years.
Ray’s passion is music and in addition to his radio work, he has worked as a club DJ and event promoter.
With Irish Music Month underway, Ray is looking forward to the months ahead promoting Irish and Waterford singers and musicians.
